Q: Can I see your units in stores?
A: Our Exergaming equipment is only available on-line; this keeps the 40%-50% dealer mark-up out of our prices. When you purchase a unit from a local dealer, you’re paying that local dealer a huge mark-up to cover his costs. Just like other purchases such as computers, we’ve developed a Manufacturer direct selling model in order to pass the savings onto our customers. This enables you to purchase a comparable model that you may have seen in a local fitness store for considerably less. We do however have Exergaming Showcase Facilities that you can visit. Please take the time to visit our training and education facility to have your own personal workshop set-up. A: Our delivery is based on your order. We will try to ship all products to you at the same to so that when our installation and service team arrive they can get you set up quickly.
Q: How long does it take to get to me?
A: All products ship after your payment is received. Generally most Exergaming products that are not in-stock or a special order take roughly 30-60 days for delivery if not in-stock.

A: Our comprehensive training program will provide product training, product curriculums, support, common service issues and will assist to oversee installation. This invaluable Training Program has been proven to save time and money over learning each of these products separately. A: No, our warranties are only valid inside of the 48 states of the U.S. (we will provide parts support to Alaska and Hawaii; you are responsible for UPS charges)
