The 2011 B’More Healthy Event was one of the largest health and wellness events Baltimore has ever seen as well over 25,000 people attended.  Young children, older adults, and the elderly were treated to an Expo that was designed to showcase vendors, programs, and opportunities to get people moving, taking action and making choices to be more healthy.

During the previous days events to pump up the excitement, Exergame Fitness attended the FOX 45 Studios in Baltimore to put on display some of the latest and greatest products in the Exergame/Active Gaming industry.

The 3-Kick, an interactive fitness experience that promotes movement by using proprietary and resilient foam pads that can be punched, kicked, slapped, or tapped with shoes or bare feet, a fist, or an open palm.  Candace Dold of FOX 45 Early Edition stated that it was, “quite the workout.”

Exergame Fitness also had the iDANCE 2, a multiplayer dance system that showcased how large groups or people, no matter the age, could participate in a fun exciting game to stay healthy.

iDANCE multiplayer concept is a revolutionary Exergaming system that was designed specifically for environments such as Schools, YMCA’s, JCCs, Park Districts and Health Clubs. It is unique in many facets including the fact that it provides the user with a combination of physical, social and cognitive benefits and that it accommodates up to 32-players at once on up to 3 separate difficulty levels with real-time performance feedback.

Parker Johnson of Exergame Fitness said, “We are very grateful for the opportunity that FOX 45 gave us.  To be able to show some of the very best Exergame/Active Gaming products on national television at a very well respected FOX affiliate, was a great opportunity for the local people of Baltimore to see why coming to the B’MORE Healthy Expo was going to be a tremendous event.”
