CardioWall Sports Performance Training

The CardioWall challenges users to balance, stretch, squat, reach, and think as they must follow and hit the different patterns of lighted pads. Train lateral quickness, agility, speed, reaction.  You can use any form of soft weights, balls, hands, or boxing gloves also. This is an excellent product for athletes who are looking to increase their performance on the court, field, ice, etc! Here’s some simple but valuable workouts to try out. Each rep should be anywhere between 30 sec-1 min and then have the user rest.

Exercises/Drills

Lateral slides– Have athlete stay low in a stance. Set up two cones and have them slide cone to cone. In between hit the lighted pad. Repeat.

Agility Ladders/Speed Hurdles– Have the athlete do agility hurdles while using the CardioWall. This helps improve an athlete’s ability to change direction and accelerate.

Sprints– Set up a cone. Have user sprint to the cone and then sprint back to find the lighted pad. Repeat

Partner toss– Partner up and toss a small medicine ball, light sandbell, tennis ball, etc to each other. In between have one of the users find the lighted pad to hit. Repeat

Box Jumps– Stand in an athletic position. Make sure you’re a comfortable distance from the box. Jump onto the box. In between look for the pad with the light on and hit it. This is a great drill for developing explosiveness.

Pushups/Sit-ups– Users can do pushups or sit ups between hitting the lights.

Single leg lateral jump– Set up cone. Have an athlete jump over the cone using one leg.

Basketball Drills– Any type of ball-handling drills.
